Rue Pierre

by Walker Zanger

The classic Parisian Café, with its quaint colorful façade, wicker chairs and wooden is a hallmark of the ''City of Light.'' If you look down as you sip your Café au Lait, you might notice another common element -the white marble floors - worn to a smooth patina by years of use and scrubbing. This classic flooring is the inspiration for Rue Pierre, a collection of stone tile, carefully brushed to create a surface that hovers between honed and polished, creating a ''vintage'' patina that has the look of natural aging. As with all natural stones, this collection may have a wide variation. It is advisable to seal any natural stone product.
