Customer Service Opportunities:
Customer Service Representative
Renton, WA Branch
Full Time: Monday - Friday, occasional Saturday
United Tile is the Northwest’s best source for tile design selections. As a locally owned wholesale distributor of premium stone, ceramic, porcelain, metal, glass and leather tile, we pride ourselves in providing service equal to that of our amazing product selection.
Responsibilities for this rewarding career opportunity include:

Generate new and repeat sales by providing product and technical information in a timely manner to both walk-in and telephone customers.

Accurately use order entry, computerized reporting systems and other technologies as required.

Increase sales and average order size by means of cross-selling, up-selling, add-on sales and offering promotional sale items.

Accurately process customer transactions such as orders, quotes or returns.

Accurately research and respond to a high volume of customer telephone and electronic inquiries.
Qualifications for this position include:
-
Effective listening, communication (verbal and written), negotiation and excellent phone skills.

Comfortable in fast-paced environment .
-
Manages time effectively and adapts quickly to changing priorities.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and distribution software, knowledge of basic computer functions.

Team player who works productively with wide range of people.
Education:
-
Bachelor Degree
-
Experience can be substituted for Education.
Experience:
-
Minimum 2 years in similar position preferred.

Wholesale distribution experience preferred.

Education can be substituted for experience.
-
Bilingual candidates a plus.
